We offer 2-day shipping on all orders within the continental U.S. at a flat rate of $10.00.

Free 2-Day Shipping is available on orders over $100.

Delivery typically occurs within 2 business days from the shipping date (weekends and holidays excluded).

We offer international shipping to select countries. Shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

A tracking number will be sent via email once your order is shipped. You can track your order through our website or the carrier’s website.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct. Face2Face is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect addresses.

Return & Exchange Information

Eligibility:

You can return any item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or store credit. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Return Process:

To start a return, email us at customer.service@face2face.com with your order number and reason for return.

After receiving approval, you’ll be provided with a return shipping label (see costs below).

Return Shipping Costs:

Return shipping is free for defective or incorrect items.

For other returns, a $5.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, unless you choose store credit, in which case return shipping is free.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the funds to appear in your account.

Exchanges:

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for your desired item.
